Where are you located?
I'm a US company. Shirts are printed at facilities in California, Nevada, Texas, Georgia, and Virginia, and your order ships from whichever one is closest to you — that's why delivery is fast and why the printing stays under my eye.
Tell me about your shipping?
Under $5 flat, and free on orders of $75 or more. Every shirt is printed when you order it (no warehouse, no waste), so production plus delivery usually runs 5–7 business days. Holidays can stretch that a little. You'll get tracking either way.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes. Tracking lands in your inbox within 1–2 business days of ordering, and your shirt ships within 5–7. If you don't see the email, check spam — it ends up there more than it should.
What size would fit me best?
There's a size chart on every product page — use it. The Comfort Colors 1717 is a relaxed unisex cut with a broken-in, slightly oversized feel. True to size for everyday wear; go down one for a fitted look, up one if you want it roomy. Shrinkage is minimal — it's pre-shrunk.
What are the t-shirts made of?
Comfort Colors® 1717 — 100% ring-spun cotton, heavyweight 6.1 oz, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk. It's the shirt that already feels a few years old when it comes out of the bag, in the good way. I picked it because it's the one I'd want to put on after a sauna and still be wearing three days later.
Are these designs exclusive?
Every design here is drawn for this brand. If you spot one of ours on another site, that's a copy — I'd rather you had the original, and I'd like to know about it.
What do I do if there's a problem?
Email me at info@saunamerch.com. I read every message and usually answer within a day. Wrong size, shipping issue, print not right — tell me and I'll fix it. No ticket numbers, no bot.
